We've compiled a collection of
some of the best PC cheats for GTA V, one of the best games of the last decade, and one that, despite its age, remains fantastic. It
doesn't matter what year you read this article, because there are definitely
people still playing this masterpiece.
One of
the advantages of PC games is that they often allow you to activate a console to enter
cheat codes. These codes can't be used during missions, but only in sandbox
or exploration mode. However, they'll certainly help you get the most out of
the game.
You
have two ways to enter the codes. First, you can press
the tilde key (~) to open the game console and type them in
there. Second, you can also type them directly into your character's mobile
phone.
In our
table, you'll see that each cheat has two methods for use: one for
console and one for mobile. Remember that there are also cheat systems for PS4 and PS5, as well as for Xbox Series X and S. We'll try to make this guide as complete as
possible and ensure you have access to all the cheats.
Now
that there's a second
GTA VI trailer and it's clear people are
really looking forward to the next game, you might
still want to revisit the current title, and that's why this guide with the
tricks might still be useful to you.

GTA V Director Mode
Director
Mode is a trick you can use in the Rockstar Edition of the game. With it, you
can select an NPC and play as them, using any other cheat code or cheat while
controlling them. This can give you a new perspective, or simply make your
streams and recordings more fun.
·
Console code : JRTALENT
·
Mobile code : 1-999-5782-5368
Get the unlockables
·
Hot Rod ATV: This is a vehicle you
will get when you complete all the main story missions of the game.
·
Kraken Submarine: You
must complete the mission to photograph all the animals. Once you do, it will
be unlocked and you can acquire it or summon it using the codes provided above.
·
Epsilon Tractor: In
the game, there's a mission called Epsilon Mission. If you complete it without
stealing the car or killing anyone, you'll unlock this tractor, which can be
found in various locations.
·
Keep the Canis Mesa: In
mission 69, you'll flee a shootout in a 4x4 called the Canis Mesa. Instead of
taking the road, go down the hill to the left, escape the pursuing helicopter,
go to Michael's garage, and park the car. Now, get in another car to finish the
mission, and the Canis Mesa will be yours to use whenever you want.
·
Get the Mini-Gun: This
small but mighty machine gun is a classic in shooting games, gigantic and with
great destructive power. To get it, go to Fort Zancudo and turn right at the
first intersection. Head to the radio tower on the right side of the street,
enter the base of the building, go left, and follow the double doors to the
stairs. You'll find it in a room on the top floor, and now you just have to
escape alive for it to be added to your inventory.
·
Get the fighter jet: Go to
Fort Zancudo with Franklin and enter in a fast vehicle. Go through the gate on
the west side of the map onto the main runway, and use the character's ability
to slow down time as much as possible. This will prevent your wanted level from
increasing while it's active, giving you time to locate the fighter jet in the
hangar.
·
Space Docker Spaceship:
During the game you will find parts of an alien spaceship. There are 50, and if
you explore and collect them all you will unlock this ship.
·
Types of discounts at Ammu-Nation: Here
are several discounts you can get when buying weapons at Ammu-Nation after
completing shooting challenges. 10% off for the bronze medal, 15% off for the
silver medal, and 25% off for the gold medal.
·
Alternate costumes: There
are several alternate costumes for your three characters, but to get them
you'll need to complete the game 100%.

Is there a trick to having infinite money in
GTA V?
No,
beyond the hints we've given you, there's no code to earn money in
this game. For that, you'd need a game mod, but there's no code you can use.
Get the peyote
Peyote
is a cactus with hallucinogenic properties that allows you to transform into
and control some of the animal species in the game. In the following videos from our colleagues at
VidaExtra's YouTube channel,
we show you the location of peyote plants and the animals you
can transform into with it.
Other quick and secret tricks
you can try
Below, we've listed some extra
tricks you can take advantage of. Some of these are due to game glitches, so
they may stop working or cause errors in future
game updates. Our advice is that if you want to have fun with them, always try
to keep a save file where you haven't used them, or don't update the game after
using them. Other tricks we'll tell you about are harmless.
·
Instant Health: When
you're in sandbox mode, if your health is low, switch to another character and
then back to the one you were controlling. You'll see that their health has
been restored. This doesn't work in missions.
·
Duplicate your cars: Park
your car in your garage and activate slow motion before getting out. This will
give you reaction time, as you need to switch characters as you exit the car
and then switch back to the original one.
·
Buy houses for free:
Approach a property for sale sign and confirm the purchase. As soon as you do
so and the confirmation video plays, press escape and repeat any mission. When
you finish it, you'll own the property without having spent any money.
·
Lose the cops: There
are several ways to lose them. The first is to complete missions, which lowers
your wanted level. You can also go to a tuning shop with your car without the
police seeing you and change its color.
· Turbo start in races: Accelerate fully the moment GO! appears on the screen. Practice this start, as it will allow you to get a turbo boost if you time it perfectly.
